Amanda's story begins with a successful career in event management and corporate communications, spanning across locations like London and Hertfordshire. However, the demands of the corporate world took a toll on her well-being, especially as she navigated the challenges of motherhood on her own, thousands of miles away from her family in Adelaide.


The Turning Point:

The first signs that something was amiss emerged after the birth of her children. Amanda experienced physical symptoms like increased pre-menstrual discomfort, sleep disturbances, and a sense of not being able to function as she once did. At first, she attributed these symptoms to the rigors of motherhood and her husband's demanding work schedule.


In 2013, Amanda's situation intensified. She found herself needing three-hour naps in the afternoon, an alien concept for someone who had always been driven and energetic. Yet, like many, she brushed aside these warning signs, attributing them to temporary phases or external factors.


The Quest for Answers:

Later that year, a significant foot injury led to a diagnosis of autoimmune diseases: Rheumatoid Arthritis and Hashimoto's. Frustrated by her physical state and the inability to shed weight despite rigorous gym workouts and dietary changes, Amanda sought answers outside the conventional medical route.


She explored natural healing approaches, consulting naturopaths, Chinese doctors, chiropractors, and psychologists. Determined to find holistic and natural solutions, Amanda resisted anti-depressants recommended by her GP. It was during this quest that she stumbled upon Kinesiology, an alternative healing modality that would change her life forever.


The Kinesiology Revelation:

Amanda's first Kinesiology session was a revelation. Through this holistic practice, she began the process of emotional healing and self-discovery. Astonishingly, Amanda realized she had been in an emotionally abusive marriage, an insight that triggered a cascade of self-realization and spiritual growth.


Walking the Path of Wellness:

With the guidance of her Kinesiologist, Amanda embarked on a journey of healing, shedding emotional traumas, and dismantling old belief systems. This transformative process allowed her to reconnect with her body, mind, and spirit. As a result, she shed excess weight, gained muscle, experienced improved mood and sleep, and gained clarity on the sources of her physical and emotional discomfort.


Becoming a Healer:

By October of the same year, Amanda had not only transformed her life but had also taken the path of studying Kinesiology to help others as her Kinesiologist had helped her. Armed with this new knowledge, Amanda seeks to empower her clients, enabling them to break through self-limitations and old belief patterns to lead happier, healthier lives.

Amanda's passion extends beyond healing; she's dedicated to sharing her business acumen with practitioners, business owners, and entrepreneurs. She leverages her experience in natural therapies, communications, and various industries to help others achieve holistic success and wealth.
